Pengaruh Keragaman Produk, Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Kasus Pada Sb Mart Tamansari Persada Bogor)
Goal : This thesis discusses the influence of product diversity,
product quality and product price on customer satisfaction.
Method : This study uses a quantitative approach. The data in this
study were collected using a questionnaire and using
multiple linear regression methods and quantitative
approaches, data management and testing in this study.
Fact/Finding : The regression coefficient of product diversity is positive.
This means that there is a positive influence between product
diversity and customer satisfaction. Based on the results of
hypothesis testing using the t-test, a significance value of less
than alpha 0.05 is obtained, namely 0.000
