The Influence Of Organizational Culture And Motivation To Performance Of Employess In Koperasi Serbaguna Iman Malaysia Berhad (Koiman)
The progress of a company is determined by the performance of Human
Resources in it. In addition to seeking profit, the company must also pay attention to
the welfare of its employees and the surrounding environment.
This study examines the influence of organizational culture and motivation on
employee performance found in Koperasi Serbaguna Iman Malaysia Berhad
(KOIMAN). The independent variable in this study is the organizational culture
variable and motivation when the dependent variable is the KOIMAN employee
performance. This study uses primary data by giving questionnaires to KOIMAN
employees. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 33 people. The
method used in this study is multiple linear regression. In the initial results of the study
indicate that organizational culture variables are influential while motivation variables
do not significantly influence employee performance at KOIMAN. The results from
the end of the study showed that organizational culture and motivation simultaneously
affected 86.1% of employee performance in Koperasi Serbaguna Iman Malaysia
Berhad (KOIMAN).
