Analisis Pengaruh Product, Price, People, Process Terhadap Volume Penjualan PT Ismo Trans Jaya
Goal : This thesis aims to determine whether there is an effect of product, price,
people, process on the sales volume of PT Ismo Trans Jaya
Method : This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling
technique used non-probability sampling and accidental sampling by distributing
questionnaires to all 100 customers of PT Ismo Trans Jaya in the Solo area and its
surroundings. The method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis
with a significance value of a = 0.05
Fact/Finding : This study gives the result that product has a positive and significant
effect on sales volume, price has a positive and significant effect on sales volume,
people has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, process has no
significant effect on sales volume.
