Rencana Bisnis Myrtle Weddin Organizer Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Purpose: This study is intended to analyze the business plan with a business model
analysis of the canvas with the aim of obtaining accurate results on the elements of
customer segments and value propositions of the business plan to be built.
Method: This study uses the action research method to determine market potential,
especially in customer segments and value propositions with the business model
canvas approach. From the method used, the instrument used was observation and
interviews with partisipants comprehensively.
Result/Findings: Based on the research process that the author has done starting
from hypothesis extraction to collecting data, namely interviews and conducting
discussions about the Myrtle Wedding Organizer business plan, the authors obtain
the following final results are Customer segments of the Myrtle Wedding Organizer
are people with a vulnerable marriageable age of 21-30 years. Then includes
workers or employees, as well as youth who have an interest in the earthtone
concept, and Value Propositions from Myrtle Wedding Organizer is to provide a
flexible wedding package, WO with a concept that is most in demand by young
people at this time, namely the earthtone-themed outdoor concept, service with a
family concept that can make customers feel comfortable, providing personal
assistance to clients on wedding day, and give wedding gifts to customers.
