Rencana Pengembangan Bisnis "LENGKO SR" (Makanan Khas Daerah Tasikmalaya) Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Lengko is one of Tasikmalaya's specialties which serves pieces of lontong, pieces
of chicken or pieces of beef wrapped in a special sauce which is rich in selected
spices. In the tradition of Tasikmalaya residents, Lengko is one of the mandatory
menus that must be present during the celebration of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
In this business development research, Lengko comes with the latest innovation,
namely that it can be sent outside the city with the "Frozen Food System (FFS)".
The main objective in presenting FFS in business development aims to fulfill the
market's desires, especially people outside the city who want to enjoy this culinary
menu without having to come to the place where it is sold. In this research, Lengko
SR focuses on two research objects which include customer segment and value
proposition. The method used in this research uses the action research method with
a qualitative approach, and the research is carried out through two other stages,
namely problem testing and solution testing by conducting interviews and offering
various solutions to 45 respondents. Based on testing problems and solutions, the
results obtained were in the form of implementing a new business model in the value
proposition component and still applying the same customer segments as planned
at the beginning of planning. Lengko SR's Customer Segments include: office
workers, students, tourists and housewives. Meanwhile, the Value Proposition of
Lengko SR includes: Lengko sauce is thicker with spices, lontong is still packaged
in banana leaves & has a soft texture, the packaging is more durable and can be
sent outside the city / Jabodetabek, the texture of the meat is tender, Halal Ministry
of Religion.
