PENGARUH HARGA JUAL, KUALITAS PRODUK KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH STUDI KASUS BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA
"Expanding the limitations of the study in confirming the effect of customer loyalty, especially in the
banking sector on murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia, is the expected contribution of this
study. So that the study aims to examine the effect of selling price, product quality, service quality on
customer loyalty in murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia. For this reason, this study uses a
quantitative design involving 180 samples selected by purposive sampling technique, where data is
collected through questionnaires with google forms and distributed to customers who use murabaha
financing. Respondents' responses were analyzed by descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using
the SEM method on Smart PLS. The results of the analysis show that the selling price has a positive
and significant effect on the loyalty of murabaha financing customers, product quality has a positive
and significant effect on the loyalty of murabaha financing customers, and service quality has a "
