Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Prima Terhadap Kepuasan Muzakki Baznas Kota Bukittinggi

Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Prima terhadap
Kepuasan Muzakki di BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi. Menggunakan teknik purposive
sampling dan metode regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang dipilih meliputi:
Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Competence (X4), Courtesy
(X5), Credibility (X6), Secure (X7), Acces (X8), Communication (X9) dan
Understanding (X10).
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial variabel yang berpengaruh
signifikan adalah Competence, Courtesy, Credibility, Communication dan
Understanding. Secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan
terhadap kepuasan Muzakki BAZNAS Kota Bukittinggi dengan koefisien
determinasi sebesar 58,7 persen.
