Determinant Factors Influencing Customer Interest In Mudharabah Financing
Purpose : This study to determine the service, ease, knowledge effect on
customer interest in mudharabah financing.
Methodology : This research uses a quantitave approach. The sampling technique
uses purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to
Customer who has applied mudharabah financing. This research
methods uses Multiple linear regression.
Findings : This Thesis discusses Determinant Factors Influencing Customer
Interest in Mudharabah Financing. This study is to find out the
effect of service, ease, and knowledge on customer interest in
mudharabah financing. Using primary data by spreading online
questionnaire via google form. The data analysis technique using
multiple linear regression. Service has a significant effect on
customer interest in mudharabah financing, ease has no
significant effect on customer interest in mudharabah financing
and knowledge has significant effect on customer interest in
mudharabah financing.
