Pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada perbankan syariah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pemakai sistem informasi di Perbankan Syariah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, yang meliputi penggunaan metode korelasional dan verifikatif untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data. Jumlah sampel sebnayak 100 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pemakai, sedangkan untuk hasil variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berbanding terbalik yaitu tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pemakai.
