Pengaruh E-Service Quality, Website Design Quality terhadap Repurchase Intention dan E-Trust Sebagai Variabel Mediasi
"Purpose: To acquire information regarding the influence of e-service quality,
website design quality on repurchase intention, and e-trust as a mediating variable
among among active student users of th TikTok Shop platform within 2019, 2020,
2021, and 2022 cohorts of the Islamic Institute of Tazkia Bogor.
Methodology: This research use a quantitative method. The approach in this study
utilizies SEM-PLS with the assistance of Smart PLS 4.0 software. The sample for
this study consist of 211 students selected using nonprobability and stratified
sampling techniques.
Fact/Findings: The research findigs indicate that e-service quality does not have
a direct impact on repurchase intention on the TikTok Shop platform. On the other
hand, website design quality and e-trust do have a direct influence on repurchase
intention on the TikTok Shop platform. However, e-service quality and website
design quality indirectly affect repurchase intention through e-trust"
