Pengembangan Bisnis Toys Jack Action Firgure Dengan Analisis Model Bisnis Kanvas
Objectives: The aim of this model business plan is to get the right value proposition for the toy jack action figure business and to know the process of forming the right customer segments. Methods: This research uses qualitative research methods with the Action research method and business canvas model, which is carried out openly to find out the problems and needs of consumers. and used two stages of testing, namely problem testing and solution testing on 30 respondents with interviews regarding the problems felt by the author by proposing solutions to answer these problems. Results/Findings: From the results of the problem testing and solution testing carried out by the author, Toy Jack's customer segments are anime lovers, content creators, communities and collectors. And the author succeeded in offering a value proposition, namely, adding variations in the types and sizes of products sold to increase consumer satisfaction and meet consumer needs, as well as providing Limited Edition products.
