Pengembangan Bisnis Usaha Roti Bled Di Kuningan Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Purpose: This study is intended to analyze the business plan with a business model analysis of the canvas with the aim of obtaining accurate results on the elements of customer segments and value propositions of the business plan to be built. Method: This study uses the action research method to determine market potential, especially in customer segments and value propositions with the business model canvas approach. From the method used, the instrument used was observation and interviews with participants comprehensively. Results / Findings: The result of this research is the creation of an accurate and elaborative description of the business model of the Roti Buled in Kuningan business plan. This research provides an accurate description, especially on the elements of customer segments and value propositions in the business analysis model canvas method which are the main elements for a business unit.
