Crowdfunding is a practice of raising funds from a large number of people
to fund a particular project or business that is generally carried out using the
internet media. In developed countries like the United States and Britain, the
practice of crowdfunding has developed further where crowdfunding is developed
with the type of Equity-Based and Liability-Based where investors will get a return
from the funds they invest into a project in the form of dividends, interest or profit
