Pengaruh Layanan Halal Travel Agency Terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang Konsumen pada Lentera Tour Organizer
Goal: This thesis aims to determine the effect of halal services in the form of Tour
Leaders, Facilities, and the professionalism of Travel Agents on the re-purchase intention
of Lentera Tour consumers
Methode: This study uses a quantitative approach using the path analysis method. The
data in this study are primary data collected using a questionnaire and also uses the SPSS
program in data testing.
Fact/Finding: The results of this study indicate that the tour leader has a positive and
insignificant effect on halal awareness and repurchase interest with a value of 0.266 and
0.053, facilities have a positive and significant effect on halal awareness but not
significant on re-purchase interest with a value of 0.018 and 0.234, professionalism has
a positive effect. and significant towards halal awareness and re-purchase interest with
a value of 0.029 and 0.046.
