people which has characteristic. Most of motif Aceh is applied to accessories and
fashion without having its special brand. The development of motif Aceh’s
product is not as wide as marketing of batik yet, which already done many of
innovations. However, the demand toward embroidered of motif Aceh had
occurred in 2009 to Alabama, North America. The export activity had ever
stopped caused the raw material for making embroidered of motif Aceh limited.
Moreover, when we see the population of Indonesian with high level of its
consumerism about imported products brand, it will be a business opportunity and
first step for business research. The purpose of this business research, especially
for embroidered bag, is to determine customer segments and value propositions
become eligible through the Business Model Canvas. Used method is action
research with two stages, testing problems and testing solutions. Based on the
result of the study, we found that 60% of students aged 21-28 years and generally
comes from the region of Aceh. Most of them said that they liked type of
backpack, especially made from leather. Analysis eligibility of this business
reasearch is at break-even point 213 units of the products should be sold at an
estimated period of 22 days or produced the products at Rp 32.163.000, Net
present value of Rp 620.410.306, and then Internal rate of return 9.61 %. These
result tell that the business plan "Enel" motif embroidered bag of motif Aceh
declared eligible to operated
