Analisis kinerja BMT Darussalam Madani dengan pendekatan perspektif balance scorecard dan analytic network process
This study aims to design a performance measurement system in BMT
Darussalam Madani Cileungsi using balanced scorecard approach and measure
the achievement performance of BMT Darussalam Madani in 2015. Performance
measurement is done by setting strategic goals and outcome measures along with
the size of the driver of each perspective. This performance measurement using
primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of interviews,
questionnaires, and field observations. Then for the secondary data obtained from
the literature such as books, journals, theses, agency data, and other publications.
Quantitative data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel software,
and Super Decision with an average approach, ratio, index numbers, weighting,
and paired comparison.
Balanced Scorecard score of BMT Darussalam Madani in 2015 showed
overall achievement score of 90,46% .This score indicates that the performance of
co-operatives in 2014 were classified in the category of AA or conditions "Very
Healthy". This score is accumulation of the financial perspective which has a
score of 18,9%, customer perspective has a score of 22.6%. In addition, internal
business perspective, and learning and growth perspective each has a score of
30.7% and 27.7%. However, of all the strategic targets are not all hit the target,
recorded on 13 indicators of success that is achieved only 8 indicators. Therefore,
BMT Darussalam Madani Cileungsi Cooperative Initiative should continue to
maintain, evaluate and increase performance as well.
