Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan : studi kasus PT Bank BRI Syariah
This study is about the impact of compensation on employe performance in
BRISyariah. The purpose of this study are to identify the compensation on
BRISyariah, to identify the performance of BRISyariah employees, and to analyze
the impact of compensation on BRISyariah Employees.
Information and data collected in this study are primary and secondary data.
Primary data obtained from the result of the questionnaires by BRISyariah
employees. The questionnaire contains statements about employee’s perceptions of
compensation and employee performance. Each score answers point is determined
based on the Likert scale. Secondary data like the literature study and other data are
obtained from the library and BRISyariah’s data. The number of respondents in this
study were 120. The data collected were analyzed in SmartPLS 3.0 version and
PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) model was used to
analyze the data.
The result of this study shows that BRISyariah give financial compensation
like salary, on leave fees, allowance, bonus, overtime pay, finansing from
employee, health insurance, schoolarship, glasses, pension fund (DPLK).
Nonfinancial compensation like types of job, psychological environment, facilities,
performance improvement forum, religious activity (BKPM). The majority of
employees were satisfied with the BRISyariah compensation. Employee assessment
based on target achievement, integrity, profesionalism, teamwork, creatifity,
prioritize services to customor, goal oriented, operational leadership, strategic
leadership. Overall, the employee performance has been good. Financial
compensation have positive and insignificant impact on employee performance.
But nonfinancial performance have positive and significant impact on employee
performance.
