Analisis strategi pemasaran Self Piracy Bisnis Pakaian
The spread of pirated products has become a particular concern to the company, in
this case is the owner of the brand, in the apparel industry. In recent years, several
companies have been undertaking to pirate its products into the strategy. This is
because they capture the opportunities and benefits that might be gained. One of the
big opportunities is the emerging of the middle class and their positive attitude towards
pirated products in Indonesia. This study aimed to identify and to analyze the selfpiracy marketing strategy of the outfit in Bandung City, West Java. This method is
using Analytic Networking Process Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (ANP-BOCR)
approach. This study describes the results of the survey to practitioners who apply this
business model, and to experts in marketing and fashion industry. The results from the
study indicate that there are four aspects in each cluster. The 'opportunity' and the 'risk'
aspect is the top two of the most influence and important aspect. And war pricing
alternative is the highest-rated alternative strategies to be implemented both for long
term and short term.
