Rencana Model Bisnis Kanvas Salon Muslimah "Amirah Salon"
Beauty services is growing rapidly in Indonesia. As a country with a
majority of Muslim population, halal lifestyle also affect the beauty services in
Indonesia. Beauty salon is one of beauty services that offers various treatments,
such as hair styling, facial or body treatments. Therefore the authors decided to
combine the trend of halal lifestyle and business models of beauty services, then
formed a special beauty salon Muslimah by using the principles of appropriate
sharia.
Methodology used in this research is action research with qualitative
approach which aims to find the segments that match the business plan and assign
value proposition that should be offered to the segment.
The results showed that the segment matches the business model plan is a
segment of women who often visit beauty salon, age 17 years old until 55 years
old, career women, and middle high class. Value proposition that should be
offered to the target segment is halal guarantee for the product used, reasonable
price, customer services, discount for member and non member, and the variant
of the treatment should be added by galvanic body spa, exfoliating body,
manicure and pedicure, and also waxing
