Rencana Bisnis T-Shirt Invoke Apparel Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Goal : This research was conducted to develop a suitable business plan
for the Invoke Apparel T-shirt business. Invoke Apparel's T-shirt
business research is the search for Customer Segments and Value
Propositions. The Invoke Apparel T-shirt business model is
designed with action research methods and the instrument used is
interviews and uses two testing stages, namely the problem testing
phase and the solution testing phase.
Methodology : This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the North
Jakarta area. The Business Model Canvas research data was
obtained from interviews with 40 respondents. In the interview, it
can be known what is the problem with the product that will be
undertaken and at the solution testing stage, the author can find
out what solutions are designed regarding these problems.
Findings : The results of this study are the researchers succeeded in getting
a consumer segment design, namely teenagers (15-30) years of
adolescence and adulthood, the Value Proposition offered is a
limited edition brand, the material uses bamboo cotton, the
packaging is contemporary because it uses quality plastic
