Pengaruh Etika Bisnis Islam, Kepercayaan, Kepuasan, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Tabungan Easy Wadiah
Goal: The thesis discusses the influence of islamic business ethics, trust,
satisfaction, service quality of easy wadiah savings customers (at Bank Syariah
Indonesia Bogor Branch).
Methode: This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear methods
by taking a case study in Bogor. The data from this study were obtained from
distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely customers of Bank Syariah
Indonesia Bogor Branch.
Fact/Finding: The results found in this study are (1) The effect of islamic business
ethics has insignificant effect on the loyalty of easy wadiah savings customers. (2)
The effect of trust has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of easy wadiah
savings customers. (3) The effect of satisfaction has a positive and significant effect
on the loyalty of easy wadiah savings customers. (4) The effect of service quality
has insignificant effect on the loyalty of easy wadiah savings customers. (5) The
influence of islamic business ethics, trust, satisfaction, service quality
simultaneously has a positive effect on the loyalty of easy wadiah savings
customers.
