Peran Ustadzah Pondok Pesantren NUU WAAF AFKN dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan pada Santri Akhwat

Purpose: To find out how the role of the can help the Santri Akhwat improve the
discipline of the Santri Akhwat and to find out what factors influence the
discipline of the Santri Akhwat at the Nuu Waar AFKN Islamic Boarding school.
Method: The method used in this research is to use a qualitative description
method and also uses reduction analysis techniques, presentation of data and
drawing conclusions.
Results/Findings: Based on the research results, the role of Ustadzah in
improving the discipline of the Akhwat Santri at the Nuu Waar AFKN Islamic
Boarding Schools the Akhwat Santri solving problem,giving advice and giving
warnings to the Santri Akhwat who are not disciplined, provide guidance to the
Santri Akhwat who are not discipline,providing guidence to the Akhwat Santri so
that they don’t make mistaken in taking decisions, and providing warnings and
advice.And the factors that influnce discipline are environmental factors,while the
strategy carried out by the Ustadzah is to providing individual to the Akhwat
Santri who have problematic.
