Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Demonstrasi untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar pada Pembelajaran IPAS di Kelas V SDN Margajaya
This research aims to investigate the learning outcomes of
students using a demonstration-based learning approach in
Science (IPAS) for Grade V at SDN Margajaya 3

: This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes and
engagement in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS)
subject through a classroom action research conducted over
three cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation,
observation, and reflection stages. In the first cycle, student
learning outcomes showed a mastery rate of 73.3%, with an
average score of 68.5; however, students were relatively less
active in the learning process. In the second cycle, the
mastery rate increased to 96.6%, with an average score of
74.3, but student engagement was still not significant. After
refining the teaching approach, in the third cycle, student
learning outcomes reached 100% mastery with an average
score of 84.6, and student engagement improved, categorized
as good. The research results show a significant
improvement in both student learning outcomes and
engagement from cycle I to cycle III, as reflected in the
overall increase in mastery rates and student participation.
