Rencana Bisnis Rice Bowl Japanese Fast Food "Nikudon Shinju" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas (BMC)
Nikudon Shinju" is a culinary business with the concept of Rice Bowl
Japanese Fast Food that emphasizes healthy and nutritious food, meeting the
needs of consumers who are increasingly concerned about healthy eating
patterns. Strategically located in Bogor, this business is expected to reach various
levels of society and become the main choice for Japanese culinary lovers in
Indonesia. This research aims to investigate and analyze the "Nikudon Shinju"
Business Plan through the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC)
Analysis which focuses on the value proposition and customer segment, using the
action research method which involves two stages, namely problem testing and
solution testing with 30 respondents through interviews. The research results
show that the customer segment of Rice Bowl Japanese Fast Food consists of four
categories: school and university students, office employees, families, and
individuals with incomes of more than IDR 2,500,000 per month, with age ranges
ranging from 20 years to 30 years and above . Meanwhile, the value proposition
offered is the Rice Bowl Japanese Fast Food menu which is varied but still
adapted to local preferences, friendly and efficient service, as well as practical
delivery services via online applications. Nikudon Shinju also focuses on using
quality raw materials at affordable prices, as well as implementing halal labels on
packaging to increase consumer confidence, especially among Muslims. Modern
place design and free Wi-Fi facilities are also considered important elements to
attract consumer interest.
