"Koperasi Bersatu Kerabat Pulo Kambing (KBKPK) is sharia-based cooperatives
based on community recycled waste bank “Bank Sampah”. This cooperative has
two functions, financial and waste recycling. This dual functions is an interesting
and important research object since it endorse not only profit but also engage
members and society to participate in green lifestyle. With the integration of
community recycled waste bank unit and syariah finance, this movement has
successfully transform waste to money and further to achieve realized blessing.
This thesis tries to design business development strategy of waste bank-based
cooperative model using business model canvas and SWOT analysis (Strength,
Weakness, Opportunity, Threats)"
