Culinary is a field of business that is always sought after by people, because
food and drink are necessities. Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf) said the culinary
business made the biggest contribution to the creative economy sector. This is a
great opportunity to make a business plan in the culinary field. Nasi Jeruk Eats is
a brand with a Rice Bowl main product plan. In this canvas model business
research, Nasi Jeruk Eats has a main focus on 2 research objects, namely Customer
Segment and Value Proposition. This research uses action research method with
descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in two stages of
testing, namely testing the problem and testing the solution by conducting
interviews with 30 partisipants who were located in Cianjur City as a marketing
plan for Nasi Jeruk Eats. In the initial business model, Nasi Jeruk Eats Customer
Segment were men and women who were students and a worker or employee. The
value proposition of Nasi Jeruk Eats in the initial business model is to provide a
rice bowl with premium rice, with several menu choices so that it provides choices
for consumers, processed without harmful ingredients and packaged in attractive
packaging, free shipping with a minimum number of orders is also value
proposition offered to consumers. After testing the problem and testing the solution,
there are updates to both of them. Nasi Jeruk Eats customer segment are students
and office workers or employees aged 18-28 years. The changes to the value
proposition are the addition of a red rice rice bowl menu, additional choices of chili
sauce, and affordable rice bowl prices. The revenue stream for the Nasi Jeruk Eats
product is the sale of the Nasi Jeruk Eats product and the sale of the Red Rice
