Clothes are basically a primary item that everyone needs for everyday life. It is
actually used to protect ourself from any harmful thing as possible. As time goes by,
clothes are actually has increased it’s own purpose, the purpose not only to protect our
body but also as a statmend for the person that wear it. But nowadays some of the
people has a difficulty to purchase some of the clothes, because there are no size
available for them most of the time. Thats why wirters try to create a business plan
about a big size fashion that people actually need. That’s where Bigoose comes in,
Bigoose is currently in research, using action research method with two type of tests,
one is test the problem, and the other is test the solution. where the results of the two
tests affect two pillars, namely the value proposition and customer segments. In
customer segments there are three type, one, men who use XXXL clothes (big size), men
who use XXL clothes, and individuals with middle and upper social strata. In the value
proposition itself has a Value Proposition which contains 4 points, Quality, Fresh
Design, Custom Size Available, and last every type of cloth available. Using Action
Research as it’s method, with 30 respondents participating in this project, classification
of the people with Body Mass Index higher than other people (BMI 30+)
