Goal : This thesis aims to find out whether there is an effect of faith, knowledge
about zakat, advertising, accountability, and transparency on the decision to pay
zakat in BAZNAS Garut.
Methode : The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach.
The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling which is obtained from
the results of distributing questionnaires to 80 active ASN who are domiciled in
Garut. Then in this study also uses the purposive sampling method, which is one of
the sampling techniques that uses or presents criteria for the sample to be selected.
This research method also uses multiple linear regression analysis with a significant
value of a = 5% or 0.05.
Fact/Finding : The results of this study are the variables of faith, advertising,
accountability, and transparency have a positive and significant effect on the ASN
decision to pay zakat with the payroll system at BAZNAS Garut. While the
knowledge variable about zakat has a negative and insignificant effect on the
decision of ASN to pay zakat with the payroll system at BAZNAS Garut.
