Factors Affecting Sharia Financial Management Behavior Among MSME Entrepreneurs in Bogor Regency
Objective Method Results/Findings Keywords : This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Islamic financial management behavior among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor Regency. The independent variables tested include Islamic financial literacy, owner lifestyle, and demographic factors. : The research method used a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) analysis techniques on 200 UMKM respondents. : The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and demographic factors have a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial management behavior. Conversely, the lifestyle of the owner does not have a significant effect on this behavior. These findings confirm that a good understanding of Islamic financial concepts, products, and principles, as well as demographic characteristics such as age, education, and income, play an important role in shaping Islamic financial behavior. The gap between Islamic lifestyles and financial management practices still needs attention in efforts to improve the application of Islamic finance principles among UMKM.
