Pengaruh Konten Media Sosial, Influencer Marketing, dan Online Reviews Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Brand "LAFIYE"

Salsabilah, Hana Eka Putri - Personal Name;

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten
media sosial, influencer marketing, dan online customer
reviews terhadap keputusan pembelian produk brand Lafiye.
Penelitian
menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan survei pada 165 responden yang pernah terpapar
promosi atau informasi produk Lafiye. Instrumen penelitian
berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 4 poin. Analisis data
dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation
Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dan analisis
deskriptif.
Hasil/Temuan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel
independen, yaitu influencer marketing, online customer
reviews, dan konten media sosial, berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk brand
Lafiye. Faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keputusan
pembelian meliputi kredibilitas dan daya tarik influencer
yang digunakan, keaslian serta kejujuran ulasan pelanggan
pada platform e-commerce, dan kualitas visual serta
konsistensi konten media sosial. Temuan ini memperkuat
bahwa kombinasi strategi digital yang terintegrasi antara
influencer marketing, ulasan pelanggan yang positif, serta
konten media sosial yang menarik mampu meningkatkan
minat dan keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk
fashion Muslimah Lafiye.
