Rencana Bisnis Sekolah Masjid Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas

Syahrial, Erdian - Personal Name;

"Objective: This study aims to design a business model for the Mosque School, a
three-month non-formal training program that focuses on increasing the capacity
of mosque caretakers, mosque administrators, mosque youth, and mosque
management institutions in managerial, religious, and socio-economic aspects. The
business model was developed using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach,
covering nine main blocks: customer segmentation, value proposition, distribution
channels, customer relations, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost
structure, and revenue streams.
Method: Data was obtained through an action research approach and qualitative
methods with 25 informants, consisting of teenagers, parents, and mosque
administrators in Rengat District. The results of the problem test showed a
significant need for a structured training program for mosque administrators and
cadres. In addition, market analysis showed a Total Available Market (TAM) of 700
potential participants, a Serviceable Available Market (SAM) of 150 participants,
and a Target Market (TM) of 30 participants.
Research Results: Customer segmentation in this model includes two main
categories, namely the first is Retail customer (B2C) which includes marbot,
takmir, volunteers, mosque youth. And the second is Institution (B2B): LAZ, DKM,
Islamic Mass Organizations, and Mosque Partners as providers of participants or
direct users of training services. This model is considered financially feasible
through Break Even Point (BEP) analysis, and socially relevant by strengthening
the role of the mosque as a center for empowering the community. The results of
this study are expected to be a reference in the development of similar programs
based on mosque empowerment.
