Objective: The growth of the elderly population in Indonesia is increasingly significant, with a projected increase of more than 65 million people by 2045. This increase raises the need for educational programs that can meet the spiritual, emotional and social needs of the elderly, especially in religious aspects such as the teaching of the Qur’an. However, there are a number of challenges that occur such as physical limitations, as well as learning methods that are not in accordance with the conditions of the elderly. Whit this condition that occurred, it became the basis for the creation of the Raudhatul Jannah Elderly Qur’an House using the Business Analysis Model Canvas (BMC). Methods: The research method used is qualitative research with a problem test and solution test approach. Using data collection techniques through interviews and observation of 20 elderly participants to identify needs and obstacles in learning the Qur’an. Result/Findings: The results of the study show that the Customer Segment of the Raudhatul Jannah Elderly Qur’an House is divided into three parts, namely, the elderly aged 60-70 years, muslims and muslim women and have a strong desire to learn the Qur’an. As for the Value Proposition offered, namely, flexible learning time, online methods with a family and elderly friendly system, experienced, professional and gender-appropriate teaching staff, then finally E-Certificate at the end of learning.
