Digitalisasi sebagai Strategi untuk Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Dana Zakat

Goal : To find out the role of the digital zakat service program in the development of zakat
fund receipts in Baznas Makassar City, to find out the strategy for implementing the
digitalization program in Baznas Makassar City, to find out howdigitalization influences the
development of zakat funds in Baznas Makassar City.
Methode : This type of research uses qualitative methods, qualitative methods are used as
scientific methods used by several researchers in the fields of education and social sciences.
Qualitative research is conducted in natural settings and in thenature of discovery.
Fact/Finding : The results found in this research are (1) Currently BAZNAS Makassar City
only uses digitalization to collect Zakat funds in two areas, namely information and payments.
(2) Digitalization of zakat fund collection at BAZNAS Makassar City is considered less
effective. (3) Development of digital infrastructure is the main key in overcoming zakat
management problems in Baznas Makassar City. (4) Strong digital infrastructure will enable
Makassar City Baznas to speed up the zakat payment process, guarantee data security, and
increase the community's ability to contribute to zakat payments.
