Tinjauan Hukum Islam terhadap Jual Beli Mainan dengan Sistem Serok Live pada Platform TikTok
Goal: This study aims to determine how Islamic law reviews the sale and
purchase of toys with a live serok system on the Tiktok platform
Method: This research is a field research where the approach uses a
descriptive approach method, namely by explaining the practice of buying
and selling toys by means of the serok whether it is in accordance with or
deviates from the provisions of Islamic law. Data collection in this study uses
observation, interview, and documentation methods
Fact/Finding: The review of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling
toys by means of live serok as a form of marketing is valid or in accordance
with Islamic law. On the other hand, the practice of buying and selling toys
by means of live serok as a form of real transaction is not allowed, because
there is a large element of gharar in this matter. This conclusion is based on
an analysis of the sources of Islamic law, namely the Koran and as-sunnah,
ijma of the scholars, the opinion of muamalah fiqh experts, and the use of
qowaid fiqhiyyah muamalah
