Strategi Lembaga Amil Zakat dalam Mengatasi Korban Praktik Pinjaman Online
This research discusses the strategy of Lembaga Amil Zakat Tazkia in
assisting victims of online loans in the surrounding community and examines
whether these victims fall into the category of gharimin (mustahiq) who are eligible
to receive zakat. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the role of
Lembaga Amil Zakat Tazkia in addressing online loan victims and providing legal
education to the public regarding the negative impacts of online loans. The method
used is descriptive qualitative with a maslahah mursalah approach through
interviews and documentation. The research findings show that the role of Lembaga
Amil Zakat Tazkia is currently limited to helping repay the debts of victims who
meet the criteria of mustahiq. If the victims do not qualify as mustahiq, assistance
is provided through the Qardul Hasan program. Online loan victims can be
categorized as gharimin if their debts are used for purposes permitted by sharia,
such as fulfilling basic needs or resolving social issues.
