Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Destinasi, Aksesibilitas, dan Harga yang Terjangkau terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Gen-Z Muslim
Objectives : This study aims to determine the influence of service
quality, destination image and accessibility on tourist
satisfaction Bogor Botanical Garden. In this study using one
dependent variable, namely tourist satisfaction and
independent variable tasks, namely service quality,
destination image and accessibility.
Methods : This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with
primary data as the source of the data used. Data from this
study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to
respondents who had visited the Bogor Botanical Garden
and used the Likert scale. This study used SEM-PLS
(Structural Equation Modelling- Partial Least Square)
analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software.
Results/findings : Based on the results of this study, the average level of
satisfaction of Muslim tourists Gen-Z who visited the Bogor
Botanical Gardens tourist attraction was 77.09% and the
variables that influenced the satisfaction of Muslim tourists
Gen-Z were service quality and affordable prices.
