Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan terhadap Minat Muzakki dalam Membayar Zakat di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti

Purpose : This research aims to analyze the influence of service
quality and trust on the interest of muzakki in paying zakat
at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS).
Methodology : Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square
(SEM-PLS)
Results : The quality of service has a significant influence on the
interest of muzakki in paying zakat. Trust has a significant
influence on the interest of muzakki in paying zakat.
