Pernerimaan Induvidu Terhadap Produk Mobile Banking Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Dengan Kerangka Utaut Di Pulau Sumbawa
Objective : This research aims to analyze the influence of the
variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy,
Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value,
Facilitating Condition and Habit on Behavioral
Intention and Use Behavior of BSI Bank Mobile Banking
on Sumbawa Island.
Method : This research is quantitative research using primary
data obtained through questionnaires which have been
distributed to 280 respondents. The data analysis
technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
analysis with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, all
related matters have been processed using SmartPLS 4th
edition software.
Result : The results of this research show that there are 4
variables that do not have a significant effect on the
variables (Performance Expectancy, Social Influence,
Facilitating Condition and Habit) on the Behavioral
Intention of BSI Bank Mobile Banking on Sumbawa
Island. However, there is a significant influence on the
variables (Effort Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, Price
Value, Facilitating Condition, Habit and Behavioral
Intention) on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of
BSI Bank Mobile Banking on Sumbawa Island
