Purpose: This study is intended to analyze the business plan with a business model
analysis of the canvas with the aim of obtaining accurate results on the elements of
customer segments and value propositions of the business plan to be built.
Methods: This study uses an action research method to determine market potential,
especially in customer segments and value propositions with a business model
canvas approach. From the method used, the instrument used was comprehensive
observation and interviews with 30 participants.
Results/Findings: The results obtained from this study are the creation of a
business model description of the Household Transport Waste Management
business plan accurately and elaboratively. This research provides an accurate
description, especially on the elements of customer segments and value
propositions in the business analysis model canvas method which are the main
elements for a business unit. As for the results of the research, the Way-tee customer
segment is Men and women aged 20-45 years who are concerned about skin health
and are active outdoors and in air-conditioned rooms for long periods of time.
While in the Value Proportion there is an additional value to Way-tee made from
natural ingredients and safe for consumption, has a high collagen content, is
practical and easy to carry so that it can meet daily collagen needs anytime and
anywhere, has a competitive price on the market and is easy to get.
