Rencana bisnis fashion "Nadya Collection" dengan analisis bisnis model kanvas
The Muslim fashion business, especially the abaya, has very promising
prospects in the global and local markets. As a country with the largest Muslim
population in the world, Indonesia offers a wide market for Muslim women's
fashion products, including abayas. The growing trend of sharia fashion among
Muslim women, supported by attractive design innovations and effective digital
marketing, has made abaya a popular fashion choice. Despite facing challenges
such as stiff competition and changing fashion trends, the chances of success in this
business remain great with the right marketing strategies and continuous product
innovation. Thus, this study aims to design a Nadya Collection fashion business
plan with a canvas business model analysis method that focuses on two blocks of
canvas model business elements, namely, Costumer Segment and Value
proposition. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research
was conducted through two stages of interviews, namely a problem test and a
solution test to 20 informant.
