Riset Kelayakan Produk Pizza Room dengan metode Business Model Canvas
Culinary is a field of business that is always sought after by people, because
food and drink are necessities. Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf) said culinary
business made the biggest contribution to the economy sector. This is a great
opportunity to make a business plan in the culinary field. Pizza Room is a brand
with a slice pizza as main product. In this canvas model business research, Pizza
Room has a main focus on 2 research objects, namely Customer Segment and Value
Proposition. This research uses action research method with descriptive qualitative
approach. This research was conducted in two stages of testing, it called the
problem testing and testing the solution by conducting interviews with 30
participants who were located in Bogor City as a marketing plan for Pizza Room.
In the initial business model, Pizza Room Customer Segment were men and women
who were young and also family or worker. The Value Proposition of Pizza Room
in the initial business model is to provide a new kind of style pizza that writer adopt
from New York City called NY-Pizza with 50cm wide, and fresh dough with several
menu choices so that it provides choices for consumer, processed without harmful
ingredients and packaged in attractive packaging, there is some good offering for
example: cheap package bundleing with aggrement.
