Anlisis Perubahan Strategi Pemasaran Buku Anak Islami Pada UMKM CV Gulali Edukasi Indonesia Periode 2018-2023

Tujuan : Penelitian ini menganalisis perubahan strategi pemasaran yang
dilakukan oleh CV Gulali Edukasi Indonesia selama periode 2018-2023. Fokus
penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi dampak perubahan ini terhadap kinerja
keuangan perusahaan serta peran reseller dalam mendukung distribusi produk.
Metode : Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan
mixed methods, penelitian ini melibatkan analisis kualitatif terhadap perubahan
strategi pemasaran dan wawancara dengan reseller yang terbagi dalam tiga kategori.
Selain itu, analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dampak perubahan
strategi terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan.
Hasil/Temuan : Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelanggan marketplace
memberikan ulasan positif terhadap produk Gulalibooks, sementara di sisi lain,
jumlah reseller aktif mengalami penurunan, sebagian karena kurangnya daya tarik
program diskon dan persaingan dari sistem komisi marketplace. Rekomendasi
disarankan untuk memperbaiki strategi reseller agar lebih kompetitif dalam
menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi.
