Pengaruh Religiositas, Citra Merek Dan Nilai Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Value) Terhadap Loyalitas Merek Pada Minimarket Syariah Di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang Dan Bekasi

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Religiositas, Citra
Merek dan Nilai yang dirasakan (Perceived Value) terhadap Loyalitas Merek pada
Minimarket Syariah di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi.
Metode : Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan
dalam bentuk Google Form dengan menggunakan skala likert, dan teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data sebanyak 201
responden muslim yang berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi
dan pernah berbelanja di minimarket syariah. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan
SEM (Structural Equation Medeling) dan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.9.
Hasil/Temuan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable religiositas, citra
merek dan perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas
merek pada minimarket syariah. Variabel religiositas juga berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap citra merek dan perceived value pada minimarket syariah.
