Disain sistem pengukuran kerja berdasarkan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard dan Maqashid index (studi kasus di PT Tauba Zakka Atkia)
The purpose of this study was to determine how the design of the
performance measurement system based on the Balanced Scorecard and Maqashid
Index approach at PT Tauba Zakka Atkia and determine the performance of PT
Tauba Zakka Atkia when assessed using the Balanced Scorecard and Maqashid
Index framework proposed of this research. The data used in this study are
primary and secondary. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis
techniques with the following stages: analyzing industry Hajj travel agency
company in Indonesia, analyze the competitiveness PT Zakka Atkia Tauba,
determine strategies for PT Tauba Zakka Atkia, cascading strategy into
performance measurement system based on the four perspectives Balanced
Scorecard and Maqasid Index, measure the performance of PT Tauba Zakka Atkia
based on Balanced Scorecard and Maqashid Index desained from this study
The results of this study concluded that the financial and customer
perspectives PT Tauba Zakka Atkia rated excellent. For the internal business
process perspective, the author can not get the data it needs, so as to internal
business process perspective the authors can not pass judgment. As for the
learning and growth perspective, PT Tauba Zakka Atkia deficient. In the
perspective of maqasid index for justice perspective rated as good. As for the
maslahah and learning perspective, the financial statements of the author got from
Tazkia Travel, writers do not get specific information.
