Rencana Bisnis "Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Jayyid di Kecamatan Minas dengan Analisis Model Kanvas

Business models have an important role in influencing business
performance in increasing competitiveness and achieving predetermined business
goals. One tool or business model that is effectively used is the business model
canvas (BMC) which focuses on ideas for creating value in business. This study
analyzes the business model applied to the badminton court while the purpose of
this research is to develop and create a new strategy for the business model used
by the badminton court. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative
with data collection techniques in the form of direct interviews with the target
respondents. The results of this study are the evaluation and recommendations for
the business model of the badminton court obtained from the SWOT analysis on the
nine elements of the business model canvas to increase value propositions,
customer segments and so on for the badminton court. Research results obtained
through interviews and results for segments of the business segment of the Jayyid
Badminton Court are the Minas District Community with the categories of Middle
School Students, High School Students, College Students, and Adults. The value
proposition of the Badminton Court business is to provide the best field rental
services, namely luggage storage, badminton trainers, free drinking water, prayer
rooms, toilets, and parking lots. The results of the analysis also show that this
business can be continued in the future.
