Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat
pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, harga dan
fasilitas terhadap kepuasa pelanggan Bittersweet By Najla
Bogor.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif
dengan data primer dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear
berganda. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner
secara online dan offline kepada 409 pelanggan Bittersweet
By Najla yang pernah berkunjung offline ke store Bittersweet
By Najla Bogor.
Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) kualitas
pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap
kepuasan pelanggan. (2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif
dan signifkan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) harga
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan
pelanggan. (4) fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (5) kualitas pelayanan,
kualitas produk, harga dan fasilitas secara simultan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan
pelanggan Bittersweet By Najla Bogor.
