The role of Relational Mechanism, Foreign Market Knowledge, and Financial Capability On the PIS of Indonesian MSMEs
"Objective : This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the
post-entry internationalization speed of Indonesian MSMEs. This
study uses 5 variables, namely: mutual trust, relational
embeddedness, relational commitment, foreign market
knowledge and financial capability.
Method : Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS
SEM)
Result/Findings : Mutual trust and relational commitment variables have a
positive and significant influence on foreign market knowledge
and foreign market knowledge variable also have a positive and
significant influence on PIS of Indonesian MSMEs. Meanwhile,
the relational embeddedness variable has no significant effect on
foreign market knowledge and financial capability variable also
does not have a significant effect on PIS of Indonesia MSMEs"
