Pengaruh e-WOM, Viral Marketing, Live Streaming Shopping Terhadap Minat Mencari Informasi serta Keputusan Pembelian TiktokShop

Pramestyi, Devita Anggi - Personal Name;

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Electronic Word of
Mouth (e-WOM), Viral Marketing, dan Live Streaming Shopping terhadap minat
mencari informasi serta keputusan pembelian konsumen pada platform e-commerce
TikTok Shop dengan Halal Awareness sebagai variabel moderating.
Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan
teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dan
pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jumlah
responden sebanyak 333 pengguna Somethinc di Jabodetabek.
Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM, Viral Marketing,
dan Live Streaming Shopping berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mencari
informasi serta minat mencari informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan
pembelian. Namun, hipotesis mengenai Moderasi Halal Awareness tidak terbukti
signifikan mempengaruhi hubungan antara Minat Mencari Informasi dan
Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi
perusahaan e-commerce, khususnya TikTok Shop, dalam memperkuat strategi
pemasaran mereka dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh e-WOM, Viral
Marketing, dan Live Streaming Shopping pada minat mencari informasi dan
keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan memperhatikan faktor Halal Awareness.
