Analysis Of The Effect Of Education Level, Income And Realigiosty On The Type Of Household Consumption (Based On Ifls-5 Data)
Objective : This study aims to analyze the factors that determine the influence of expenditure on household consumption in Indonesia, focusing on the level of education, income and religiosity. This study used data from the 5th wave of the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) conducted in 2014 with a sample of 3,899 individuals. Methodology : The research method used is quantitative data analysis using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis. Results : This study shows that the level of education, income and religiosity have a significant influence on household consumption expenditure in Indonesia. Education, income and religiosity have a positive influence on food and nonfood consumption expenditure. Education has a positive influence on income. Religiosity has a negative influence on income.
