Pengaruh Customer Experience dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Brand Trust Pada Produk Skincare Lokal (Studi kasus pada Gen Z Berdomisili Jabodetabek)

"Tujuan : Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada
pengaruh customer experience dan electronic word of
mouth terhadap brand trust pada produk skincare lokal
pada generasi z berdomisili jabodetabek.
Metode : Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif
deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan
rumus lemeshow dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 145
generasi z pengguna produk skincare lokal berdomisili
jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis
regresi linear berganda.
Hasil/Temuan : Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa (1) Customer
Experience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand
Trust pada produk skincare lokal. (2) Electronic Word of
Mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand Trust
pada produk skincare lokal. (3) Customer Experience dan
Electronic Word of Mouth secara simultan berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap Brand Trust pada produk
skincare lokal."
